"I heard a speech by Phillip Day when I lived in Glasgow. I think it is good to be able to hear about things to help your health. If it wasn't for him passing on his knowledge we would not know about things like cancer treatments. I totally believe there is something on this earth that is a cure for each illness: we just need more people like Phillip Day to give their lives looking for us. God Bless all you blessed people!" - Sylvia McB, Alicanti, Spain

"Hi Phillip, I have just come back home after meeting you at Tara Towers Hotel tonight. Your lecture was very informative and witty as usual. I always come back with an armful of information which I am putting to good use here with my family. I want to thank you for allowing me to leave my leaflets from Fluoride Free Water Group at the back of the hall. I am helping run this campaign group since 1999 in Ireland and know Robert Pocock very well from his work on this same issue with VOICE IRELAND.

Best of luck with the rest of the tour in Ireland. I will pass on your tour details to my friends in Limerick which is not too far from your Cork venue. You are doing a great job educating us. I cannot think of anyone else doing this and am delighted to support your good work. Reading the books helps me to empower myself with information I cannot get anywhere else. Congrats again and hope to see you again next time around. Sincerely," - Mary H, Ireland, Fluoride Free Water Group Dublin Ireland

"My husband died of prostate/bone cancer 4 years ago. Although incurable, to give him a better quality of life I researched your books and other information in depth and subsequently, we followed a very strict diet and lifestyle regime. As a result and notwithstanding a very stressful situation we were both much healthier and my husband's PSA level dropped significantly. He managed to maintain this 'plateau' stage for some time taking a minimal dosage of pain relief until the medics stepped in.

They suggested he have radiotherapy to assist with pain relief. Sadly my husband understood very little about the disease and prognosis and believed the treatment to be a cure. The consultant was very patronizing to me, in fact he laughed when I discussed my research, diet etc. My husband then returned to his old 'junk' food and unhealthy life style and within a short time, his PSA levels soared again.

The radiotherapy was a disaster. His internal organs were damaged, in fact he nearly died six months prematurely as a result of this. He developed large, weeping oedemas on his legs. They burst, leaving him in agony in his final weeks with exposed flesh on both lower limbs. He had to endure excruciating pain twice daily when the dressing were changed and was given a large cocktail of drugs, many of which were to counteract the side-effects of others. He was also prescribed a massive dose of morphine at this time.

However, in spite of the fact that it was actually causing more harm, the radiotherapy was repeated several times and my husband was still of the opinion that this was a cure. After each treatment the side-effects were appalling and his condition deteriorated significantly.

I appreciate that he was terminal and may not have lived any longer but firmly believe he could have been spared some of the agony and humiliation caused by a treatment that was obviously doing much harm. I was also shocked and appalled when the consultant openly admitted that he knew very little about nutrition and was not familiar with any of the information that I had easily acquired from your organisation and other similar sources readily available to the general public." - Wendy M, Yorkshire, UK
