From the Mailbag "I am a current student intern in the Portland, Oregon area. I will graduate with a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree in February 2008. One of the biggest obstacles we as a profession are having to deal with today is getting our patients to think differently about healthcare vs. sickness and getting them to change their consciousness about what it means to be healthy. Most patients come to a chiropractor because of
'back pain'. Why? Because we live in a symptom based society, meaning
that unless someone has a symptom, illness or disease, they think they
are healthy. As a chiropractor we affect the nervous system and allow
the central nervous system to communicate freely with every cell, tissue,
organ and muscle in the body, allowing the body its God-given right to
self-heal and function optimally. If it weren't for Big Pharma and western society's terrible politics, we could have a phenomenal health care system. Only if we support a human being's natural growth process from the day it is born, with proper nutrition - not starting with the baby but with the mother or even the grandparents, could we leave a worthy legacy behind us. Looking at physical activity, eating naturally and keeping proper spinal hygiene and biomechanics and, most importantly, staying positive and emotionally strong." - Travis F, OR, USA "Good on you! Keep up the good work!" - John H, Limerick, Ireland "So heart-warming to know you are there." - Dr Jenifer P, QLD, Australia "I have an interest in health care as a professional but more importantly the right, safe and effective health care!!" - Laura M-S, Kent, UK "The complacent British public continue to doff the cap at the 'superior' medical establishment. People need to realise that often the answer to their health problem is in disciplined diet, adequate nutrition and necessary supplementation… not in drugs and more drugs." - Roger S, Essex, UK "I found your article (Eco Echo, November 2007) very interesting. I am a cancer patient and would be interesting in attending a speaking event. Please email me a list of events when you have them for 2008. I can travel. Many thanks." - Marilyn S, Norfolk, UK "All of Southern California is now drinking water that's been fluoridated as of this month. There was never a vote taken to see if we wanted it? It is maddening." - Dorothy S, CA, USA "This book (Cancer; Why We're Still Dying to Know the Truth) should be gob-smacking. Yes, it is shocking yet the truths do not come as a surprise. I've read it then dipped into it, now I'm reading it again. I am currently receiving conventional treatment for breast cancer, soon due for my 3rd chemo. Very scary - talk about 'your life in their hands'. Anyway, I bought some apricot seeds and have been eating them and trying to make other changes to my diet thanks to the information in the book." - Lesley B, Roxburghshire, UK "Viewing the Australian and New Zealand tour DVD I comment: Very worthwhile stand. The public as well as medical members need to hear these vital messages." - L.V, Manukau, New Zealand "Have been practising homoeopathy in Ireland for 20 years and am delighted with all your fantastic information." - Lilian van E, Co Galway, Ireland "Excellent seminar. I would like to know more about Phillip's work." - George P, Dorset, UK "I will be studying Nutritional Therapy. I would love to incorporate your work with anything I do in the future to help people to heal naturally." - Nicola R, Surrey, UK "I am so grateful to have this (email from a friend) sent to me as I have always been interested in Phillip's work and was thinking how I would obtain info again and 'shazam!' here it is. Now I can refer my team. Thank you." - Kim H, QLD Australia "Thank heavens that your organization exists. It is an uphill struggle helping clients to get well when they are being steadily poisoned by the multiple medications they are prescribed. At least by providing them with information on how the drug companies are misleading their GPs and the damage the chemicals are doing to their bodies and the safe alternatives that exist, can they can make an informed choice. However, so heavily indoctrinated into the use of man-made drugs are even those who consider themselves free-thinkers that the vast majority appear unable or too fearful to change. Only when the doctors are brave enough to see past the brain-washing they receive during their long and arduous training do I see great change taking place." - Lynne R, Northumberland "I am a volunteer helper etc for Animal Aid, Viva and other animal organizations. Any cause that promotes honesty and integrity in reported medical facts is welcome news." - Sam P, West Midlands, UK "I am a believer in proven natural treatments
as opposed to drugs!" - J.C, Cambridgeshire, UK |
