The U.S. House of Representatives just passed HR 1170, the Child Medication Safety Act of 2003, which prevents schools from coercing parents to drug their children with psychotropic drugs, by a vote of 425 to ONE!!!!! VERY WELL DONE TO ALL WHO HELPED OUT!
