"It's been 4 months since I contacted you in relation to my grandfather and his terminal brain tumour, but I thought I would let you know the glorious news, that he is now in remission. His neurosurgeon is absolutely amazed at his recovery, at one stage he couldn't remember the treatment he had ordered for him, thinking that his recovery was due to chemotherapy (how absurd that he could even think that).
